Kate Garman is a certified 200HR yoga teacher and artist whose practices both center on connection, reflection, and presence. She offers gentle, grounded yoga and meditation experiences that help others reconnect with nature and themselves. Since her first yoga class in 2008, Kate has been drawn to mindfulness, movement, and quiet ritual as pathways toward intentional living.
Coming from a background as a carpet designer, Kate is equally inspired by the grid, fringe, and repetition found in textiles. During her MFA at Tyler School of Art, she explored ways of breaking down the grid through repetitive marks and symbols referencing traditional textile techniques and domestic patterns.
Across her yoga teaching, art-making, and nature-rooted offerings, Kate is guided by daily rituals, natural rhythms, and an ongoing curiosity about how we soften, grow, and find balance in the spaces we inhabit.
